There are regular bus services to Pickering from Leeds, York, Malton, Scarborough, Whitby and Helmsley.

If you are travelling by train, there is a regular TransPennine service to Malton from York, where there are good connections from all major cities. Bus 840 runs every hour from Malton Station to Pickering (less frequent on Sundays). It is also easy to transfer from rail to bus at York, or at Scarborough for those travelling by train from Hull via Bridlington.
