Visit The Bug Parc car-free
It’s quite easy to visit Bug Parc car-free.
Regular buses from Norwich bus station stop close to Bug Parc, taking about 40 minutes. It’s then about a 10-minute walk to Bug Parc.
There are direct trains to Norwich from Great Yarmouth (60 mins), Sheringham (60 mins), Cambridge (75 mins), Peterborough (85 mins), London (105 mins) and further afield. Catch the bus from near the cathedral, about a 10 minute stroll away.

Getting to The Bug Parc car-free

From Norwich
Bus X29, the ‘Yellow Line’ from Norwich stops close to Bug Parc (Monday to Saturday). Buses leave from St Stephens Street (Stop BE) regularly. The journey takes about 40 minutes. Hop off at Lyng Turn in Sparham.
From the bus stop it’s about a 10-minute walk back along the A road with grass verges, then left along Nowhere Lane.
By train via Norwich
There are direct trains to Norwich from Cromer (about 45 mins) and Sheringham (60 mins) via Hoveton & Wroxham (15 mins) and North Walsham (25 mins) on the scenic Bittern Line. The scenic Wherry Lines run from Lowestoft (40 mins) and Great Yarmouth (60 mins) via Acle (25 mins) and Brundall (10 mins).
More services run to London Liverpool Street or Stratford International (105 mins), Wymondham (15 mins), Attleborough (20 mins), Ipswich (40 mins), Colchester (60 mins), Cambridge (75 mins), Peterborough (85 mins) and Nottingham (2.5 hrs), also to Sheffield, Manchester Piccadilly and Liverpool Lime Street.

By bus via Norwich
There are direct buses to Norwich from many places, including: Acle (20 mins), Attleborough (45 mins, bus 13), Aylsham (40 mins, bus 44A & X44), Beccles (35 mins, buses 146, X2, X21 & X22), Dereham (50 mins, bus 8), Hoveton & Wroxham (50 mins, bus 5B), Long Stratton (30 mins, bus 36 or bus 2), North Walsham (45 mins, bus X55 or bus 210) and Wymondham (30 mins, buses 15 & 15A or bus 13).
There are also coaches from London.
