Combine a visit to Attadale Gardens (open from April to October) with a train ride along the spectacular Inverness to Kyle of Lochalsh Line. Attadale station is just 200m from the garden pedestrian entrance (see map). Our journey planner will show you train times and walking routes.

About Attadale Gardens

A highland garden with views of Skye. Attadale Gardens is open from April to October. Follow meandering paths through water gardens and woodland. Discover 20 acres of gardens, including a Japanese garden, kitchen garden, water garden and sculpture trail. Soak up spectacular view of the Cuillin Hills on the Isle of Skye from the viewpoint and keep your eyes open for red squirrels. Chat to the gardeners about your gardening questions. Don't miss the quirky DIY cafe, with delicious cakes, sandwiches and home-made ice cream.
