Visit Zip World, Penrhyn car-free
From outside Bangor Bus Station (stop F), bus 76 takes ½ hour to reach the village of Bethesda. Get off at Bodforis, follow the B4409 over a bridge, fork right and soon turn left up steps with a footpath sign. It’s a steep ½ mile climb with incredible views at the top.
Bangor bus station is a fifteen-minute walk from Bangor railway station, which has regular trains from Birmingham, Shrewsbury and Holyhead.
