There are frequent buses from Yarmouth (bus TNB and bus A), regular buses from Newport (bus 12) and a few a day from Ryde and Shanklin (bus COA). These stop a minute away at st Agnes Church, Freshwater.

There are ferries direct to Yarmouth from Lymington. However, the quickest Ferry to the Isle of White is to Ryde from Portsmouth Harbour. Other ferries leaves from: Southampton (to Cowes or East Cowes) and Portsmouth (to Fishbourne or Ryde).
