It’s easy to reach The York Dungeon car-free. It’s in the city centre, about a 20-minute stroll from York train station.

There are direct trains from Leeds (about 25 mins), Newcastle (60 mins), Sheffield (70 mins), and cities across England and Scotland. When you travel by train, a York PlusBus ticket offers unlimited travel around the city by bus.

There are frequent buses from around York and nearby towns, stopping very nearby. These include buses from Selby (bus 415), Hull (bus X46) and from within York (e.g. buses 7, 59 and 66).
