From Ipswich by bus
Red scenic bus 64 and bus 70 stop in nearby Woodbridge. Buses leave from Old Cattle Market bus station sheltered stand E/F regularly (with just occasional bus 65 on Sundays). The journey takes about 35 minutes. From bus 64 or 65 you can get off earlier, at Deben Pool. Otherwise, all buses stop at the Turban Centre (bus shelter in shopping centre car-park). Take the bridge over the track from Woodbridge Station, then it’s an interesting 5-minute walk along the river Deben to the mill.

Woodbridge Tide Mill Museum is a Grade I listed building dating back to 1170. It's one of only two tide mills producing flour. Restoration has made it a popular, interactive museum. Working machinery and milling demonstrations bring its rich history to life for the public, groups and schools.
