Visit Framlingham Castle car-free

From the Old Cattle Market bus station in Ipswich (Stand H), catch bus 118 to Framlingham. The castle is a pretty ten-minute or so walk along Framlingham’s Station Road from the main bus stop at Victoria Mill Road. Fork right up Riverside and turn right along Bridge Street and Castle Street past market and church.

Ipswich bus station is an about 15-minute walk or short bus ride from Ipswich railway station, with trains from Cambridge, Norwich and London Liverpool Street.
