Visit Wheelgate Park car-free
It’s quite easy to reach Wheelgate Park car-free. There are regular buses from Nottingham (25 mins), Mansfield (35 mins), Newark (40 mins) or Worksop (70 mins) to White Post Farm Roundabout. It’s then a 5-minute walk to Wheelgate Park.
From Nottingham, hop on regular bus SA at Victoria bus station (Bay 9). The bus continues to Worksop bus station (Bay B). From Mansfield, hop on frequent bus 28B or bus 28 at the bus station (Bay K). Bus 28 also runs from Newark Bus Station (Bay D). Jump off at White Post Farm Roundabout, by Marstons pub carpark in Farnsfield. It’s a 5-minute walk from the bus stop to Wheelgate Park – our journey planner will show you the way.
There are direct trains to Mansfield from Nottingham and Worksop. It’s then a 5-minute stroll to the bus station for the 35-minute bus ride to Wheelgate Park.
