It’s easy to reach Weald & Downland Living Museum near Chichester car-free.

Bus 60 runs frequently (less on Sunday) from South Street, Chichester (stop D). The journey takes about 20 minutes- hop off at Grooms Yard in Singleton (the bus stop has a little building). It’s then about a 5-minute stroll to Weal & Downland Living Museum.

Bus 60 also runs from Midhurst.

You can book an on-demand bus, but cannot use this to get the museum discount.

There are direct trains to Chichester from: Portsmouth (20 mins), Brighton (50 mins), Southampton (50 mins), East Croydon (75 mins) and London Victoria (90 mins).
