It’s easy to reach Fishbourne Roman Palace car-free. It’s five minutes’ walk from Fishbourne railway station. Leave the station from the same side as Platform 2, walk along Salthill Road and turn left into Roman Way.

There are regular trains to Fishbourne from: Chichester (5 mins), Littlehampton (about 30 mins), (Portsmouth & Southsea (35 mins) and beyond. When you travel by train to Chichester, a Chichester PlusBus ticket gives you unlimited travel around the city by bus, including to Fishbourne.

Bus 56 runs a few times per day (none on Sundays) and stops 5 minutes away. Bus 700 runs frequently from: Chichester (10 mins), Havant (35 mins) and Portsmouth (70 mins) and stops about 15 minutes away.
