Bus 271 and bus 273 link Crawley and Brighton to Handcross Village, close to the entrance to Nymans Garden. Bus 271 runs via Burgess Hill and Haywards Heath. Bus 273 runs via Hurstpierpoint. Both routes run every couple of hours Monday to Saturday (only a few buses on route 271 Sundays).
The nearest station is Crawley, where you can connect with bus 271 or bus 273, from Stand F at the Bus Station opposite, for the 15-minute journey to Handcross. Or Haywards Heath where you can pick up bus 271 at nearby Perrymount Road for the 20-minute ride to Handcross. Both stations have frequent trains from London, East Croydon and South Coast towns.
