How to get toHatchlands Parkcar-free

Visit Hatchlands Park car-free

It’s quite easy to visit Hatchands Park car-free. Buses stop outside, but watch out as the stop is on a fast, busy road.

Bus 479 and bus 478 run regularly (less on Sundays) from Guildford Friary bus station (5-10 minutes from the train station). The journey takes about 15 minutes.

There are direct trains to Guildford from: London Waterloo (35 mins), Clapham Junction (35 mins), Reading (35 mins), Haslemere (40 mins), Gatwick (45 mins) and other towns. Buses leave from Friary bus station, 5-10 minutes away.

Bus 479 also runs from Bookham (15 mins) and Leatherhead (30 mins), which has trains from London Victoria (50 mins).
