Visit Birdworld car-free

Visit by bus for just £2 each way. Most buses in England are offering £2 Single Fares until 31st December 2024. Our journey planner will show you if your route is included, or you can find a full list of participating operators and routes here.

It’s quite easy to reach Birdworld car-free.

Buses from Farnham stop at the entrance. Bus 18 runs regularly from Farnham train station (stop N, about 15 mins) and Aldershot Old Town Hall (45 mins).

You can also walk or cycle through the forest from Bentley station.

Farnham is an hour outside London by train. There are direct trains to Bentley and Farnham from: Aldershot (about 5 mins), Alton (15 mins), Guildford (25 mins), Woking (25 mins), Clapham Junction (55 mins) and London Waterloo (60 mins).

There are direct buses to Farnham from: Alton (about 20 mins), Guildford (25 mins) and Godalming (40 mins).
