It’s easy to visit Shakespeare’s Schoolroom car-free, as it is a fifteen-minute walk from Stratford-upon-Avon railway station.
Stratford-upon-Avon is about 55 minutes from Birmingham and 2-3 hours from London by train. There are direct trains to Stratford-upon-Avon from: Hatton (20 mins), Warwick (30 mins), Dorridge (30 mins), Leamington Spa (35 mins), Kidderminster (100 mins) and Worcester (2 hrs). Bus X18 from Coventry, Warwick and Leamington Spa runs to Stratford frequently, takes about 75 minutes, and stops five minutes’ walk away. There are also buses run to Stratford-upon-Avon from: Solihull (60 mins), Moreton-in-Marsh (50 mins), Banbury (45 mins), Evesham (45 mins), Redditch (55 mins), and Chipping Norton (50 mins).
