Visit RSPB Dearne Valley – Old Moor car-free

From Doncaster, Conisbrough or Barnsley railway stations, catch regular bus X20 (Mon-Sat) to the bus stop called Manvers Way/Wetlands Centre outside RSPB Dearne Valley’s pedestrian entrance.

There are hourly trains to Conisbrough from Doncaster (10 mins) and Sheffield (½ hour). The bus leaves from over the road and takes about 15 minutes to reach RSPB Dearne Valley.

There are regular trains to Barnsley from Sheffield, Huddersfield and Leeds. The bus leaves from outside the station on Schwäbisch Gmünd Way and takes about 20 minutes.

There are regular trains to Doncaster from all over the North of England, from London and from Scotland.

You can also walk or cycle to RSPB Dearne Valley along the Trans-Pennine Trail and there are cycle racks in the courtyard.
