It’s a real adventure to reach Buckler’s Hard car-free.

The New Forest Beach Bus runs in Summer from: Hythe ferry (from Southampton) and Lymington ferry (from the Isle of White). Your bus ticket includes other discounts too.

The New Forest Tour Green Route bus runs in the Summer from: Brockenhurst train station, Hythe ferry, Lymington ferry and Lyndhurst. Your bus ticket includes other discounts too.

There are direct trains to Brockenhurst from: Lymington Pier (10 mins), Bournemouth (15 mins), Southampton (20 mins), Reading (65 mins), Weymouth (75 mins) and London Waterloo (100 mins). You can also take bus 6 from Southampton to Brockenhurst.
