Visit The Deep car-free
It’s easy to reach The Deep car-free. Hull is easy to reach by public transport and the Deep is only a short walk from the city centre.
There are direct trains to Hull train station from: Beverley, Bridlington and Scarborough as well as Selby, Doncaster, York, Leeds and Manchester.
When you travel by train, a Hull PlusBus ticket offers unlimited travel around the city by bus.It’s a 10-minute bus ride or 20-minute stroll to The Deep from the main bus station and train station (Hull Interchange).
To walk to The Deep from Hull’s Interchange, exit the station and cross the road towards the Hull cenotaph and war memorial, and then follow the pedestrian signs to The Deep.
There are frequent buses from around the city to Hull Interchange. Bus 16 from Hull Interchange stops at Victoria Dock and bus 20 from Priory Park Park & Ride stops in Tower Street, both just a couple of minutes’ walk from The Deep. There are also regular buses to Hull from Beverley, Driffield, Bridlington, Market Weighton, Pocklington and York – use our journey planner to get bus times.
The Deep is part of the Trans Pennine Trail which is an exciting 215 mile trail linking the North and Irish Seas.
There are bike stands available adjacent to The Deep reception to secure cycles and just a 5 minute walk away at Hull’s indoor market, the R-evolution Cycle Hub offer FREE secure, indoor parking for up to 40 cycles.
