It’s quite easy to reach Goodleaf Tree Climbing car-free. Follow the instructions for a pretty walk from Ryde bus station (about 20 mins along the coast and through the park).

Many buses run to Ryde, such as buses from East Cowes (30 mins), Newport (30 mins) and Shanklin (40 mins). There are direct trains to Ryde Esplanade from all stations to Shanklin (about 30 mins).

The quickest Ferry to the Isle of White is to Ryde from Portsmouth Harbour. There are other ferries to the Isle of White from: Southampton (to Cowes or East Cowes), Lymington (to Yarmouth), and Portsmouth (to Fishbourne or Ryde).
