Visit Dundee Science Centre car-free
It’s easy to reach Dundee Science Centre as it’s round the back of Dundee Contemporary Arts in the city centre. The museum is about a minute away from city centre bus stops, and about a 10-minute stroll from the train station and V&A.
There are direct trains to Dundee from: Perth (about 20 mins), Aberdeen, Stirling (both 65 mins), Glasgow (85 mins) and Edinburgh (90 mins). When you travel by train, a Dundee PlusBus ticket gives you unlimited travel around the city.
The E1 electric bus from Edinburgh stops outside the science centre. The journey takes about 110 minutes. Hop off when you see the solar panels. Other buses buses run direct to Dundee city centre from St Andrews (25 mins), Forfar (35 mins), Perth (35 mins) and Blairgowrie (50 mins).
