It’s easy to get to The Art House car-free. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from Wakefield Westgate.
Trains run to Wakefield Westgate from: Leeds (10 mins), Doncaster (15 mins), Sheffield (25 mins), York (45 mins) and Derby (60 mins).
Buses run to Wakefield from: Hemsworth (30 mins), Castleford (35 mins), Pontefract (40 mins), Leeds (40 mins) and elsewhere.

Cycling: The Art House has a cycle station situated on Drury Lane, which is freely available to all. As well as ample bike parking, they also have a cycle repair station for minor repairs and pumping up your tires. Cycles are left at the owner’s own risk, however, the area is monitored by CCTV.
