2 Step-by-step

Trains run every 30 minutes from London Fenchurch Street to Purfleet. Trains are run by C2C and take half an hour. Purfleet is the closest station (not Rainham). National Rail

From Purfleet station it's an easy 20-minute walk to the visitor centre - follow the brown signs along the riverside path - see map.

There are also regular buses (Ensignbus No.44) from Lakeside and Grays which stop near the reserve entrance on Tank Hill Road.

Bike routes
