How to get to Roald Dahl Museum car-free:

Trains run from London Marylebone and Aylesbury to Great Missenden every half hour. The journey from London takes just 40 minutes.

From the train station it's a 5-minute walk through the village to the Museum - see map

Alternatively, Arriva bus 41 runs hourly from High Wycombe to Great Missenden (except Sunday). Redline bus 55 runs through Great Missenden every couple of hours from Amersham, Wendover and Aylesbury (Monday to Friday).

National Route 57 passes right by the Museum. You can cycle from Chesham in about 45 minutes or Princes Risbourgh in just over an hour. There is plenty of room for bikes in the Museum courtyard.
