Visit Newquay Zoo car-free
Newquay Zoo is a 30-minute walk from Newquay bus station in the centre of town, and just a 15-minute stroll from the train station. If you don’t feel like walking there’s a frequent buses from the bus station, or you can hop on at the Great Western Hotel near the train station, for the short ride to Trenance, home of Newquay Zoo. The Newquay Roadtrain stops at the Zoo on its circular tour of the town.
There are also frequent buses straight to the Zoo from Falmouth, Fowey, Perranporth, Redruth, St Agnes, St Austell and Truro.
If you are travelling from further afield, there’s are regular trains to Newquay. Or you can take the train to Redruth, St Austell or Truro for onward bus connections direct to the Zoo.

You'll from everything from lions, lemurs and lynx to meerkats, marmosets and monkeys. There's a tropical house - home to birds, insects, snakes and sloths - as well as an outdoor play area, snack bars and gift shop.
