Hop on bus 89 at Braintree train station for the about 45-minute journey to Castle Hedingham. Jump off at The Bell for a 5-minute walk to the Castle. Buses run regularly (except Sundays).

Trains run hourly to Braintree from London Liverpool Street via Chelmsford and Witham. From Ipswich, Manningtree, Clacton, Walton or Colchester change at Witham.
