You’ll need to be fairly fit to reach Harewood by bike. From Leeds you can follow National Route 668 as far as Black Moor, from where it’s a hilly 6-mile cycle along roads to Harewood. Plan your route.

From Harrogate
Catch bus 36 from Harrogate bus station (Stand 7) to Harewood village. Buses leave every 10 minutes and the journey takes just 20 minutes.

By train
There are trains to Leeds from around the north of England and beyond. It’s a 15-minute walk between train and bus in Leeds – use our journey planner to get a map of the walking route.
If you’re travelling from York, or want to avoid the walk between train and bus in Leeds, take the train to Harrogate where the bus stops close to the station.

Bus 923 runs from Wetherby and Otley to Harewood, Monday to Saturday.
