It’s quite easy to reach GreenWood Family park car-free.

Bus 5C runs frequently from Bangor bus station (Stand B) and train station (H). The journey takes about 15 minutes. Jump off at Arfon. It’s then about a 20-minute walk along lanes to GreenWood Family Park.

Bus S2 and bus S3 stop nearby too. Buses also run from: Beddgelert, Caernarfon, Dinorwig and Llanberis.

There are direct trains to Bangor from: Llandudno Junction (15 mins), Hollyhead (25 mins), Chester (65 mins), Crewe (85 mins), Stafford (105 mins), Birmingham, Manchester and London. When you travel by train, a Bangor PlusBus ticket gives you unlimited travel around the area.

Caernarfon is on the Ffestiniog steam railway from Blaneau Ffestiniog via Porthmadog.
