It’s easy to visit the Court Barn Museum. It’s located in Chipping Campden, 5 minutes’ walk from the bus town-centre stop.
Buses run to Chipping Campden from Moreton-in-Marsh (30 mins), Stratford-upon-Avon (40 mins) and Cheltenham Spa (2 hrs).
Trains run to Moreton-in-Marsh, where you can catch the bus. Heritage trains run from Cheltenham Spa to Broadway, where you can catch the bus (20 mins).

By bus from Stratford-upon-Avon or Moreton-in-Marsh
Buses 1 +1a & 2 +2a (operated by Stagecoach) stop outside. Buses leave a few times per day from the following stops. Please check the timetable, as some buses stop before they reach Chipping Campden.
- Broadway clock/gallery (20 mins, 1&1a)
- Moreton-in-Marsh train station (30 mins)
- Stratford-upon-Avon Wood Street (40-15 mins)
Jump off at Chipping Campden Lower High Street, by a car-park and raised grass area.
It’s then about a 5-minute walk. Set out along the High Street past Market Hall (open building with spikey triangles on the roof). Turn Right onto Church Street and follow the road round.
(The bus stop is in the town centre, with a playground 15-minutes away on George Lane.)
By bus from Cheltenham Spa
Bus 606 runs a couple of times per day (none on Sundays). Please check the timetable, as some buses stop before they reach Chipping Campden. Buses leave from:
- Broadway clock/gallery (20 mins)
- Cheltenham Spa Pitville Street shelter (2 hrs).

By train
There are direct trains to Moreton-in-Marsh from:
- Cotswolds Line + audio guide: Charlbury (15 mins), Evesham (15 mins), Great Malvern (60 mins), Hereford (95 mins), Ledbury (80 mins), Oxford (35 mins), Worcestershire Parkway (25 mins), Worcester Shrub Hill (30 mins).
- London line audio guide: Didcot Parkway (55 mins), London Paddington (85 mins), Reading (55 mins).
- From Birmingham you can change at Worcester (30 mins).
